摘  要:阳离子改性切片纺丝相对于普通涤纶纺丝有其自身特性,主要表现在结晶及干燥、管道流动阻力大、纺丝静电大、FDY生产易产生毛丝、染色不易控制等。通过对阳离子切片特点及多年切片纺阳离子产品生产总结,阐述阳离子改性涤纶在纺丝生产过程中的特点及风险规避,从而生产出生产状态好、品质优异稳定的阳离子产品。The cationic modified chip spinning has its own characteristics relative to the ordinary polyester fiber spinning,mainly in crystallization and drying,the flow resistance of the pipe is large,the spinning static electricity is big,the FDY production is easy to produce the broken filament,and the dyeing is not easy to control.By summarizing the characteristics of cationic chips and the production of cationic products for many years,the characteristics and risk aversion of cationic modified polyester fiber in spinning process are expounded,so as to produce the cationic products with good production state and excellent and stable quality.
