摘　　要：介绍了链管输送机的工作原理和常见故障。通过对链管输送机内部转动轴承进行改造,设计合理的轴承座,使其能满足日常维护中在线添加润滑介质,并隔离输送过程中产生的粉尘,避免粉尘进入轴承室造成设备损坏,从而消除生产隐患,降低设备故障率。The working principle and common faults of chain pipe conveyor are introduced. Through the transformation of the inner rotating bearing of the chain pipe conveyor,the reasonable bearing seat is designed so that it can meet the needs of on-line adding lubricating medium in daily maintenance,isolate the dust produced in the conveying process,and avoid the equipment damage caused by the dust entering the bearing room,eliminate production hidden trouble,reduce the equipment failure rate.
