摘　　要：美国与古巴的关系问题属于历史遗留问题,早在古巴革命诞生之前,美国就一直对古巴实施霸权政策,而随着古巴革命的发生,美国也开始对古巴实施敌对措施。自小布什执政以来,美国对古巴的霸权主义不仅没有减少,反而有增加趋势。The relationship between the United States and Cuba is historical issues,as early as before the birth of the Cuban Revolution,the United States has imposed on Cuba policy of hegemony,and as the occurrence of the Cuban Revolution,the United States began to hostile measures against Cuba.Younger Bush came to power,the hegemony of the United States against Cuba is not only reduced,but there is an increasing trend.George.
