基于FA506细纱机的嵌入式PLC系统的研究

摘　　要：通过FPGA设计高性能的嵌入式处理器,利用Visual C++完成编译型PLC上位机软件,建立了嵌入式PLC系统,用于实现对FA506型环锭细纱机的改造。测试表明,该嵌入式PLC系统能准确且快速对细纱机动作进行控制,能满足工程技术指标,且较传统的PLC处理器更灵活,集成度更高。Adopted high performance embedded processors designed by the FPGA, and compile type PLC PC software of using Visual c + +, established the embedded PLC system and realized the reconstruction of type of FA506 ring spinning.Tests show that the embedded system can accurately and quickly PLC to control actions, spinning can meet the engineering technical indicators, and show more flexible and compositive compared with the traditional PLC processor.
