摘  要:针对薄壁零件轴承端盖车削内孔加工过程中存在的圆柱度超差问题进行分析,确认由四爪卡盘夹紧工件引起变形所致。以常用计算切削力指数公式为基础,推导并建立多元回归方程,通过最小二乘法得到切削力与切削深度、切削速度、进给速度之间的线性回归模型。采用单因素试验法,计算不同切削条件下零件所受的夹紧力,通过有限元软件进行加载求解,得出不同切削条件下零件最大变形量的变化规律,优选出合理的切削参数,并得出夹紧力范围。在研究薄壁零件内孔加工变形的基础上提出改进措施。By analyzing out-of-tolerance in cylindricity during turning of the inner bore of the bearing end cap for thin-wall part,it was confirmed that the deformation was caused by four-jaw chuck when it was used to clamp the workpiece.Based on the exponential formula commonly used for calculation of the cutting force,a multivariate regression equation was derived and established.The linear regression model between cutting force and cutting depth,cutting speed and feed rate was obtained by least square method.The single factor test method was used to calculate the clamping force of the part under different cutting conditions.The finite element software was used for loading and solving in order to obtain the variation rule of the maximum deformation of the part under different cutting conditions and the range of clamping force via optimization of reasonable cutting parameters.The improvement measures were put forward according to the study of the deformation during processing of the inner bore in thin-wall parts.
