摘 要:工字轮收线是钢丝拉拔的重要环节。为解决由于收线工字轮边缘位置标定不准确所导致的堆线、叠线、绕线不匀及绕线疏松等问题,设计了拉丝机收线工字轮边缘检测装置。这一装置结构简单,通过可编程序控制器、编码器和位移传感器实现对拉丝机收线工字轮边缘位置进行较精确的检测和标定,可满足各种线径钢丝的收线。通过现场试验,确认所设计的检测装置具有高精度。Taking-up by disc spool is an important part of wire drawing.In order to solve the problems like wire stacking,wire overlapping,uneven winding and loose winding caused by inaccurate calibration of the position of the spool edge,an edge detection device for the taking-up spool of the drawing machine was designed.This device is simple in structure and can accurately detect and calibrate the edge position of the taking-up spool of the drawing machine through PLC,encoder and displacement sensor,so that it can satisfy the taking-up process for various diameters of steel wire.Through field tests,it is confirmed that the designed dectection device has high accuracy.
