摘  要:为研究强化管的管外冷凝换热特性,设计了试验装置,并基于R410制冷剂对1EHT-1、1EHT-2和4LB三种强化管的管外冷凝换热特性进行了试验。通过试验确认,强化管的管外冷凝换热系数随质量流速的加快而增大,当质量流速>320 kg/(m^2s)时,管外冷凝换热系数变化明显,且1EHT-1的管外冷凝换热系数最大,4LB次之,1EHT-2最小。同时对水平环形套管的热损失与强化管的冷凝压降损失进行了研究。In order to study the characteristics of condensing heat transfer outside of the enhanced tube,a test device was designed.Based on R410 refrigerant,the heat condensing characteristics outside of1 EHT-1,1 EHT-2 and 4 LB reinforced tubes were tested.It has been confirmed through experiments that the coefficient of condensation heat transfer outside of the enhanced tube increases with the increased mass flow rate.When the mass flow rate is 320 kg/(m^2 s),the coefficient of condensation heat transfer outside of the tube changes significantly where the maximum coefficient of condensation heat transfer outside of the tube is 1 EHT-1,4 LB takes the second place,and 1 EHT-2 is the minimum.At the same time,the heat loss of the horizontal annular sleeve and the loss of the condensing pressure drop of the reinforced pipe were studied.
