摘 要:为提高硝酸羟胺(HAN)溶液的贮存稳定性,采用p H计及色谱仪研究了温度、金属离子对HAN溶液贮存稳定性的影响,同时采用热重–傅里叶变换红外(TG–FTIR)联用技术和差热–热重(DSC–TG)测试法对HAN的热分解特性进行了研究,并分析了金属离子催化HAN分解的机理,根据相关研究结果设计、制备了HAN稳定剂HP。应用研究表明:HP对HAN溶液贮存过程中的分解具有很好的抑制作用,稳定效果良好,可将w为5%的HAN溶液中的HAN分解率由27%降至5%左右,将含Fe3+的w为5%的HAN溶液中的HAN分解率由29%降至7%左右。In order to improve the storage stability of hydroxylammonium nitrate(HAN) solution, the influence of temperature and metal ions on the storage stability of HAN solution was investigated by using the p H meter and chromatograph. The thermal decomposition characteristics of HAN was also investigated by using the thermogravimetric-Fourier transform infrared(TG-FTIR) coupling technique and differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetry(DSC-TG), the decomposition mechanism of HAN catalyzed by metal ions was analyzed. According to the related research results, the stabilizer HP of HAN was designed and prepared. The application research shows that the HP possesses good inhibition effect on decomposition of HAN solution during storage and good stabilization effect, the decomposition rate of HAN of mass fraction 5% in HAN solution decreases from 27% to about 5%, and the decomposition rate of HAN of mass fraction 5% in HAN solution containing Fe3+ decreases from 29% to about 7%.
