异维A酸少见不良反应及相应对策

摘　　要：异维A酸又名13-顺式维A酸,是维生素A代谢中出现的天然生理活性性物质,在皮肤科疾病中有着广泛的运用,但随着其数十年的临床应用以及使用范围的逐渐推广,一些少见的不良反应也在逐渐被发现和报道。为异维A酸的临床安全用药提供警示,本文收集了近年来的报道,并对其相应的对策做了简单的分析总结。Isotretinoin,also known as 13-cis-retinoic acid,is a natural physiological active substance in vitamin A metabolism and is widely used in dermatological diseases.However,with its decades of clinical application and use of the scope of gradual promotion,some rare adverse reactions are also gradually found and reported.In order to provide warning for the safe use of Isotretinoin in clinic,this paper collected the reports in recent years,and made a simple analysis and summary of the corresponding countermeasures.
