益气清热活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及其癌前期病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气清热活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及其癌前期病变的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月~2017年11月在我院诊治的110例慢性萎缩性胃炎及其癌前期病变患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各55例。对照组采用胃复春片治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用益气清热活血方治疗,对比两组患者临床症状评分、胃黏膜EGF,EGFR、TGF-a水平、黏膜萎缩、IM和Dys积分。结果治疗组总有效率90.90%,高于对照组的72.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者胃痛、嗳气、乏力、口苦等临床症状评分降低,与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者胃黏膜EGF,EGFR、TGF-a表达量均下降,与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者黏膜萎缩、IM和Dys积分下降,与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组降低程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论益气清热活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及其癌前期病变效果显著,可提高治疗有效率,改善临床症状,减轻病变组织的增值,对患者的康复具有重要的作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Qingre Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and its precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,55 cases each.The control group was treated with Weifuchun tablet,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Qingre Huoxue Decoction on this basis.The clinical symptom scores,gastric mucosal EGF,EGFR,TGF-a levels,mucosal atrophy,IM and Dys scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.90%,which was higher than that of the control group 72.72%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms such as stomach pain,hernia,fatigue and mouth pain decreased,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,the expression of EGF,EGFR and TGF-a in the gastric mucosa decreased.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;After treatment,the mucosal atrophy,IM and Dys scores in the two groups were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,The degree of reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Yiqi Qingre Huoxue Decoction has significant effects on chronic atrophic gastritis and its precancerous lesions,which can improve the treatment efficiency,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the val
