协同护理干预对慢阻肺患者预后及自我护理能力的影响观察

摘　　要：目的对我院慢阻肺患者运用协同护理干预模式,观察该护理模式对患者预后的积极影响及对于患者自我护理能力的提升,为今后该疾病的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2016年8月~2017年8月我院收治的慢阻肺患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统护理方式护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用协同护理干预模式。观察护理后两组患者的自我护理能力评分和肺功能。结果两组患者护理干预前自我护理能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者的自我护理能力评分、肺功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理干预方式能够显著改善慢阻肺患者的预后以及提升患者自我护理能力,为后续的治疗奠定良好的基础。Objective To observe the positive effect of the cooperative nursing mode on the prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）and the improvement of their self-care ability,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease in the future.Methods From August 2016 to August 2017,60 patients with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The traditional nursing mode was used in the control group,and the cooperative nursing intervention model was used in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-nursing ability and pulmonary function were observed after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in self-care ability between the two groups before nursing intervention（P〉0.05）.After nursing intervention,the self-care ability score and lung function of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The cooperative nursing intervention can improve the prognosis of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve the self nursing ability of the patients,and lay a good foundation for the follow-up treatment.
