马尾综合征伴泌尿系多重耐药菌感染及急性肾功能损伤1例患者的护理

摘　　要：我科于2017年10月收治1例马尾综合征伴泌尿系多重耐药菌感染及急性肾功能损伤患者,该患者于住院期间又发生铜绿假单胞菌二重感染,经我科护理组对该患者密切观察和精心护理,特别是泌尿系统方面的管理及指导,成功为患者解除病痛。对于该类患者,其泌尿系统的护理极其重要,与预后密切相关,所以,我们在关注神经功能恢复的同时,也要注意对该类患者泌尿系统的护理。In October 2017,our department admitted to a patient with cauda equina syndrome with urinary multi-drug resistant infection and acute renal function injury.This patient developed a double infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa during hospitalization,which was followed by our nursing group.The patient closely observed and meticulous care,especially the management and guidance of the urinary system,successfully relieved the patient from the pain.For this type of patients,the nursing of the urinary system is extremely important and closely related to the prognosis.Therefore,we should pay attention to the nursing of the urinary system of this type of patients while paying attention to the recovery of neurological function.
