摘  要:本文分析了助听器配戴者因无法忍受听自己说话的声音进而导致不愿意配戴助听器的原因(即助听器的放大作用和堵耳效应),并归纳了其解决方案及特点。原声处理(own voice precess,OVP)通过将自己说话的声音和他人说话的声音进行区别处理,克服了传统解决方案的弊端,并具有效性和优越性,且已被临床证实。This article analyses the reason why hearing aid wearers reject their hearing aids due to the fact that their own voice sound hollow and unnatural, which is caused by hearing aid amplification and occlusion effect. It also summarizes two solutions for traditionally making own voice sound natural, and concludes that both solutions will compromise audibility loss due to low frequency gain or overall gain reduction, and clarity decrease caused by ear canal open fitting. Own Voice Processing(OVP) overcomes the disadvantages of traditional solutions by separating own voice from others' voice and treating them differently, and its effectiveness and superiority have been clinically validated.
