摘  要:目的观察使用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)抗凝剂检测血常规时的结果,探讨EDTA引起的假性血小板减少的原因及纠正方法。方法选取2017年6月21日武警后勤学院附属医院发现的1例EDTA假性血小板减少患者作为观察对象,使用EDTA抗凝剂检测其血常规,用枸橼酸钠抗凝剂进行复查,比较分析血小板计数(PLT)结果的差异。结果使用EDTA抗凝剂检测血常规时,患者的PLT数值低于正常参考值下限;改用枸橼酸钠抗凝剂再次检测时,患者的PLT数值在正常值参考范围内。结论 EDTA抗凝剂可引起假性血小板减少,建议改用枸橼酸钠抗凝剂进行血液检测或者采用手工方式进行计数。Objective To observe the results of routine blood test using ethylenediamine tetra acetic acid(EDTA) anticoagulant, and to explore the cause and correction methods of EDTA induced pseudothrombocytopenia. Methods One case of EDTA induced pseudothrombocytopenia patient discovered in the Affiliated Hospital of armed police Logistics College in June 21, 2017 was selected as the observation object. EDTA anticoagulants were used to detect their blood routine, and Sodium Citrate Injection for transfusion was used for reexamination. The difference of platelet count(PLT) results were compared. Results When using the EDTA anticoagulant to detect the blood routine, the patient's PLT value was lower than the lower limit of the normal reference value, and while sodium citrate anticoagulant was applied for reexamination, the patient's PLT value was within the reference range of the normal value. Conclusion EDTA anticoagulants can cause pseudothrombocytopenia. It is suggested that Sodium Citrate Injection for transfusion should be used for blood test or manual counting.
