摘 要:针对电流型两电感变换器存在的高电压尖峰和硬开关问题,以电流型两电感双向直流/直流(direct current/direct current,DC/DC)变换器为基础提出一种高压侧移相的调制策略,使其更适合应用于燃料电池汽车中。该调制策略采用定频PWM控制,在全负载范围内可实现低压侧开关管的自然换流和零电流开关(zero current switch,ZCS)关断,进而抑制关断电压尖峰;通过调节低压侧开关管占空比,可调节变换器功率和增益;通过调节高压侧移相角,可调节电流峰值,控制漏电感电流有效值,从而降低电路整体导通损耗,提升变换器效率。该文首先介绍电路的升压和降压模式的工作原理,然后分析占空比和移相角对电流有效值的影响,最后建立一台400 W的样机,对所提调制策略进行实验验证。In fuel cell vehicles applications,a bi-directional interface with high-voltage-gain characteristic betweenauxiliary energy storage and high voltage bus is needed.Current-fed converter obtains much attention with its betterperformance.Owing to current-fed two-inductor converter suffering high spike and hard switching,this paper proposes ahigh-voltage-side phase-shift modulation strategy based on a current-fed two inductor bi-directiond DC/DC converter andthe strategy makes the converter more fit for fuel cell vehicles applications.The strategy operates under fixed frequency.The MOSFETs of low-voltage-side can commutate naturally and implement ZCS turn-off so that the voltage spike can berestrained.The power and voltage-gain of the converter are under the control of low-voltage-side duty cycle.While thehigh-voltage-side phase shift angle can regulate the peak current and furthermore reduce the current RMS value andimprove the efficiency in light-load.First of all,operation principles under boost mode and buck mode are introduced.Then how the phase angle affecting the current RMS value is analyzed in detail.Finally a 400 W prototype is built andthe feasibility is verified by experiment results.
