摘 要:在螺旋热解反应器上进行不同温度和停留时间下高含氮木废弃物的烘焙预处理,将烘焙后的固体产物进行气流床气化,考察烘焙对高含氮木质废弃物气流床气化特性与含氮污染物分布的影响,结果表明:烘焙预处理可提高气化产气的H2/CO值与产气热值,降低碳转化率;烘焙后气流床气化产物含氮污染物浓度与直接气化有明显区别,其中NH3与HCN的浓度均明显低于未烘焙气化,NH3浓度由未烘焙时的708mg/m3降至348mg/m3,HCN浓度降低了27%。在较高的烘焙温度和较长的烘焙停留时间条件下,NH3与HCN的浓度有所增大,但仍低于未烘焙气化。In order to investigate the effect of torrefaction on the entrained flow gasification characteristics of nitrogenrich wood waste and distributions of nitrogenous pollutants,the torrefied nitrogen-rich wood waste which was torrefiedunder different temperature and residence time was gasified in an entrained flow reactor.The results showed thattorrefaction improved the gas yield,low heating value and H2/CO ratio of syngas,whereas it reduced carbon conversion.There were significantly differences on distributions of nitrogenous pollutants between the gasification of torrefied anduntorrefied nitrogen-rich wood waste.The concentrations of NH3 and HCN during gasification oftorrefied nitrogen-richwood waste were much lower than that during gasification of nitrogen-rich wood waste.The concentration of NH3 decreased from 708 to 348 mg/m3,and the concentration of HCN reduced by 27%.Under higher torrefaction temperatureand longer residence time,the concentration of NH3 and HCN increased,but they were still lower than that fromgasification of nitrogen-rich wood waste.
