摘  要:针对该文作者参与研制的一种双通道海流能发电设备,利用Fluent 6.3软件结合MRF模型进行二维数值模拟,对叶轮转动角度为5°~90°,设备输出功率为100 W,通道内流体的速度分布和压力分布进行分析,研究海水单向流动时直叶片、前向弯型叶片和后向弯型叶片,在不同的转动角度下对通过设备通道的海水流量和设备的叶轮旋转速度等性能参数的影响。模拟结果表明:在一个性能参数变化周期内,随着叶轮转动角度的增加,通过设备的流量和叶轮的转速先增后减;在相同的转动角度和输出功率条件下,前向弯型叶片转矩最大,转速最小,通过设备通道的流量最小;后向弯型叶片转矩最小,转速最大,通过设备通道的流量最大;直叶片的转矩、转速和通过设备通道的流量介于前向弯型叶片和后向弯型叶片之间。For the dual channel ocean current power generation equipment which was developed by the authorparticipation,two-dimensional numerical simulation is carried out with the Fluent 6.3 soft ware combined with MRFmodel.Different rotation angels of 5°-90° cases are studied by analyzing velocity distribution and pressure distributioninside the dual channel current power generation equipment when the output power is 100 W for one-way flow.Also theeffects of straight blade,forward bended blade and backward bended blade on performance parameters such as sea waterflow through equipment channel and impeller rotation speed of the equipment at different rotation angles are studied forthe dual channels equipment of different rotation angles.The numerical simulation results show that:during the period ofperformance parameter change,with the increases of the rotation angle,the flow fluid through the generation equipmentand rotation speed firstly increase and then decrease.The maximum torque,the minimum rotation speed and theminimum flow fluid through generation equipment are for the forward bent blade under the same rotation angle and outputpower.By contrast,the minimum torque,the maximum rotation speed and the maximum flow fluid through generationequipment are for the bent blade under the same rotation angle and output power.And the torque,rotation speed and theflow through generation equipment for straight blade are between the forward bent blade and the backward bent blade.
