Spinning solutions with different addition ratios were prepared by blending carbon black aqueous suspension with cellulose solution. The viscose/carbon black composite cellulose fibers were prepared by wet spinning. The structure and properties of the prepared fibers were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and intensity analyzer. WAXD analysis results showed that the composite fibers with different proportion of carbon black still have the cellulose Ⅱ crystal structure, the degree of crystallinity decreases with the addition of carbon black; The results of SEM showed that the appropriate proportion of carbon black in the composite fiber was distributed uniformly in the matrix of the viscose, and there was no obvious agglomeration. The results of fiber mechanical properties analysis showed that the mechanical properties of the composite cellulose fibers increased with the addition of the appropriate amount of carbon black, while the mechanical properties of the composite cellulose fibers increased when the excess amount of carbon black was added.
