闫咏梅教授运用醒脑解郁胶囊“异病同治”临床经验探析

摘　　要：闫咏梅教授运用醒脑解郁胶囊辨证论治卒中后抑郁症、郁证、不寐,疗效显著,体现了中医学异病同治思想在临床治疗中的重要性,大量的实验研究结果说明"醒脑解郁胶囊"治疗卒中后抑郁症疗效可靠,不良反应少。未来基于异病同治原则,会进一步推广应用醒脑解郁胶囊防治其他脑血管疾病,并辅以相关实验研究做支撑。Professor Yan Yanmei uses Xingnao Jieyu capsule to treat post-stroke depression,depression syndrome,and insomnia,and has obvious curative effect,which demonstrates the significance of the TCM theory of＂treating different diseases with the same therapy＂. A large number of experimental results show that Xingnao Jieyu capsule is effective in treating post-stroke depression and has fewer adverse reactions. In the future,based on the principles of treating different diseases with the same therapy,Xingnao Jieyu capsule will be further promoted to prevent and treat other cerebrovascular diseases,and supplemented by relevant experimental research.
