摘  要:为了实现染色生产的节能减排,探讨了金属配合物-H_2O_2体系在棉织物活性染料染色后消色皂洗的应用工艺及性能。单因素和正交试验发现,最优工艺为耦合剂B质量浓度0.20 g/L、双氧水质量浓度5.1 g/L、皂洗温度90℃、时间10 min。对比试验表明,消色皂洗工艺的织物K/S值和顶破强力,色牢度略高于传统工艺。消色皂洗工艺具有节水降耗、染色残液COD和色度低(脱色率为88.2%)等优点,具有很好的应用前景。In order to realize the energy saving and emission reduction of dyeing production, the application and performance of the metal complex-H2O2 system to the decolorization soaping of cotton fabric after reactive dyeing are discussed. Single-factor and orthogonal experiments show that the optimum parameters are coupling agent B 0.20 g/L, H2O2, 5.1 g/L, soaping at 90 ℃ for 10 rain. The comparison experiments show that the K/S value, bursting strength and the color fastness of the fabric after decolorization soaping are slightly higher than those with the traditional process. Decolorization soaping has a good potential for the advantages of water saving, consumption reduction, COD and chromaticity decrease of the effluent with decolorization rate of 88.2%.
