摘 要:针对某电厂240 t/h四角切圆煤粉锅炉低氮改造,进行二次风挡板特性测量、冷态一次风调平、空气动力场测量及水平烟道风速测量等试验,得到炉内气流的流场分布。试验结果表明:二次风风速随风门挡板开度增大而增大,但同层喷口在相同挡板开度下四角风速存在一定偏差;一次风调平后浓淡配比合理,四角配风均匀;在炉内形成的实际切圆中心与炉膛中心基本吻合,无冲刷墙壁现象;SOFA风量增加有利于减小炉膛出口两侧烟速偏差。Aiming at the low nitrogen transformation of 240 t/h boiler with tangential firing in a power plant, the characteristic measurement of secondary air baffle, cold primary air adjusting and aerodynamic field measurement and horizontal flue gas speed measurement were carried out and flow field distribution of airflow was got. The results show that the wind speed of the secondary air increases with the expansion of the baffle opening, but there is a certain deviation of the wind speed at the four corners with the same baffle opening; and quotation of the airy rate in the four corners are even after adjustment; the actual tangential center formed is basically consistent with the center of the furnace, there is no phenomenon of erosion of walls; the increase of SOFA air volume is beneficial to reduce the deviation of flue wind speed of the furnace outlet.
