摘 要:针对浙江省内部分区域火电机组因出力受限而经常出现50%负荷下运行的现状,以某660 MW超临界燃煤机组为研究对象,根据低负荷安全性试验将30%额定负荷作为机组能够长期稳定运行的负荷下限值,以适应电网侧对电厂机组深度调峰的需求。在超宽负荷范围内进行了给水泵汽轮机不同转速下的效率试验,同时开展了30%~50%超低负荷段单、双汽泵两种不同工作方式下的经济性比对试验研究,得出理论上当负荷低于60%以下,单汽泵运行更经济。结合单汽泵实际带负荷能力,将机组单汽泵运行的负荷上限定在350MW,并进行了低负荷下的汽泵运行优化,可作为电厂节能降耗的一项技术措施。Aiming at the current situation of thermal power unit operated lower than 50% rated load often due to the output restricted in part of Zhejiang province, with a 660 MW supercritical coal-fired unit for instance, 30% rated load is the lower limit value of the long-term stable operation unit according to the safety test results of low load, and this research could improve the ability of deep cyclic operation in order to meet the demand of the grid. Efficiency test for feed-water pump turbine at different speeds is carried out, and through the economic contrast test with two different working modes of single or double feed-water pumps in the range of 30% to 50% rated load, it is proved that the single feed-water pump operating is a more economical choice when the load is below 60% in theory. The upper limit value of single feed-water pump operating is set at 350 MW combined with its actual load capability. And the operation optimization of feed-water pump combination under low load operation is a good technical measure of energy saving in power plant.
