摘　　要：宫内宫角同时妊娠(HCP)是临床上罕见的特殊类型的异位妊娠,由于辅助生殖技术的发展,发病率呈上升趋势。目前对于宫内宫角同时妊娠的治疗尚无统一意见,需根据患者的临床症状、手术者的熟练度、影像学特点及意愿选择不同的治疗方式,现就其病因、诊断及治疗情况作一综述。Heterotopic comual pregnancy （HCP） is a rare special type of ectopic pregnancy. The incidence rate has risen in recent years due to the development of assisted reproductive technology. Current- ly there is insufficient evidence to recommend any single treatment modality, and the decision should be based on such factors as clinical presentation, surgeong expertise, imaging feature, and the patients＇prefer- ence. This article reviews the etiology, diagnosis and treatment related to HCP.
