摘　　要：目的研究桂西地区反复流产妇女外周淋巴细胞亚群分布及T细胞CD4^+CD25^+表达特点。方法采用流式细胞分析方法检测2015年3月至2017年7月在百色市人民医院就诊的100例反复流产育龄期妇女(RSA组)和50例同期就诊的正常妊娠产妇(正常妊娠组)的外周血B细胞、T细胞、NK细胞、CD4^+/CD8^+的含量以及T细胞CD4^+CD25^+表达情况,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 RSA组患者的CD3^+为(71.56±4.74)%,与正常妊娠组的(73.19±3.94)%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RSA组患者的CD4^+为(43.45±2.62)%,明显高于正常妊娠组的(40.46±2.58)%,CD8^+为(25.20±3.03)%,明显低于正常妊娠组(29.32±2.85)%,CD4^+/CD8^+为(1.74±0.19)%,明显高于正常妊娠组的(1.39±0.15)%。CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞含量为(5.06±1.35)%,明显低于正常妊娠组的(10.43±2.59)%。以上各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);RSA组患者的NK细胞含量为(14.84±3.00)%,明显高于正常妊娠组的(9.33±2.75)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RSA组患者的B细胞含量为(11.25±1.64)%,与正常妊娠组的(11.68±1.94)%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂西地区反复流产患者明确存在外周血中T细胞、NK细胞、CD4^+/CD8^+含量分布及T细胞CD4^+CD25^+异常表达。Objective To investigate the distribution of lymphocyte subsets and the expression characteristics of CD4＋CD25＋regulatory T cells in women with recurrent miscarriage in Western Guangxi. Methods The levels of peripheral blood B cells, T cells, NK cells and CD4＋/CD8＋, and the expression of CD4＋CD25＋regulatory T cells were detected by flow cytometry in 100 women with recurrent abortion（RSA group） and 50 normal pregnant women（normal pregnancy group） in Baise People＇s Hospital from March 2015 to July 2017. Then the test results were statistically analyzed. Results CD3＋was（71.56±4.74）% in the RSA group versus（73.19±3.94）% in the normal pregnancy（P〈0.05）.The CD4＋, CD8＋, CD4＋/CD8＋were（43.45±2.62）%,（25.20±3.03）%,（1.74±0.19）% in RSA group, versus（40.46±2.58）%,（29.32 ± 2.85）%,（1.39 ± 0.15）% in normal pregnancy group（P〈0.05）. The level of CD4＋CD25＋regulatory T cells was（5.06±1.35）%, significantly lower than（10.43±2.59）% in the normal pregnancy group（P〈0.05）. The content of NK cell in RSA group was（14.84±3）%, significantly higher than（9.33±2.75）% in normal pregnancy group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the content of B cell between the RSA group and the normal pregnancy group：（11.25 ±1.64）% vs（11.68±1.94）%, P〈0.05. Conclusion There are abnormities in the distribution of T cells, NK cells and CD4＋/CD8＋in peripheral blood and in the expression of CD4＋CD25＋regulatory T cells in women with recurrent abortion in Western Guanxi.
