新常态下我国城市群空间结构:主体框架及演进机理

摘　　要：随着城镇体系转型重构加速,新常态下我国城市群组织形态在空间尺度上产生了分野的趋势:一是单个城市群走向成熟以后发生裂变孕育若干次域城市群;二是多个城市群会基于国家战略的需要走向聚合,培育更大范围和更大能级的经济带。城市群发展更加凸显"经济带-城市群-次域城市群"为主体的空间结构框架并形成多尺度重叠的"簇群化"发展格局。文章提出,我国城市群空间结构存在着三个演进机理:城市群发展方向由数量扩张向城市群结构优化转变;城市群发展动力由集聚增长向协调发展转向;城市群发展模式由行政区经济模式向一体化经济模式转型。With urban system transformation and reconstruction accelerating, urban agglomeration gradually becomes an important spatial organization mode for the development of new urbanization in China under the new normal. In the future, China＇s regional economic development will highlight the development framework of urban agglomeration of economic belt- urban agglomeration - subregional urban agglomeration and form a multi-scale overlapping ＂cluster＂ development pattern. At the same time our country urban agglomeration evolution process characteristics are presented by the number of urban expansion to urban agglomeration structure optimization, by converging to the coordinated development of urban agglomeration spatial structure towards, the integration of urban agglomeration development model from administrative region economy to economic model transformation.
