摘 要:配电开关及其控制器是配电系统的重要设备,其安全性和可靠性直接影响用电客户,关系到国民生产的正常进行和经济、社会的稳定.为提高配供电的可靠性,有必要对配电开关及其控制器可靠性进行研究.通过阅读并总结大量文献,综述了可靠性分析国内外研究现状、前人对配电开关故障数据进行调研分析的方法以及对开关设备进行在线监测与故障诊断的方法.根据对现有文献资料的总结分析,指出目前针对配电开关及其控制器可靠性的研究还比较分散,还停留在较为传统落后的方法上,在系统理论及定量方面还有所欠缺,随着配电网的不断完善和发展,迫切需要引入更为系统化、智能化的方法对配电开关设备及其控制器进行研究,以提高配电网运行可靠性.最后对配电开关及其控制器可靠性研究做出了展望.Distribution switch and its controller play an important role in power grid.In order to improve the reliability of distribution power supply;it is necessary to study the reliability of the distribution switchgear and their controllers.This paper makes an overview on the reliability of distribution switchgears and their controllers.By reviewing existing research results;the research on reliability analysis at home and abroad is reviewed firstly.The methods for researching and analyzing the data of fault distribution switch have been described continually in this paper.Meanwhile the method for on-line monitoring the switchgear has been discussed.After surveyed numerous existing references;ageneral conclusion could be drawn:There are deficiencies in system theory and quantification in that the research on the reliability of the distribution switch and its controller is still scattered and the current methods are too traditional.With the continuous improvement and development of distribution network;it is urgent to introduce a more systematic and intelligent method to study the switchgears and their controllers in distribution network;so as to improve the reliability of distribution network operation.The future application prospect of this topic has also been discussed more widely and profoundly in the end.
