摘 要:以B&W 6S35ME-B9型船用二冲程柴油机为研究对象,在GT-Power中搭建一维仿真计算模型,研究扫气压力和进气成分的组合优化对柴油机燃烧、排放和对外做功等性能的影响.结果表明:相对正常空气进气工况,通过高压贫氧进气在保证缸内的O2量基本不变,不影响其对外输出功率情况下,能够有效降低柴油机NOx排放;0.338 3 MPa、18%O2&82%N2进气工况下NOx排放仅3.29g/(kW·h),能够达到船舶三阶段排放要求,而对外输出功率还略有增加;CO2对柴油机做功和NOx排放影响最为明显,水蒸汽次之,而N2对功率输出影响小、对NOx排放影响较大;高压富氮贫氧更有利于优化柴油机性能.Building a one-dimensional simulation model;which regarded a type of BW 6 S35 ME-B9 marine two-stroke diesel engines as research subject;the characteristics of combustion;emissions;power output of diesel engine affected by scavenge pressure and intake components are studied.The results show that the high pressure and oxygen-depleted intake ensure the amount of O2 in cylinder;without affecting its output power;and decrease its NOx emission.Under the condition of 0.338 3 MPa;18%O2 and 82% N2 intake;NOx emissions of engine are only 3.29 g/(kW·h)that can meet the third stage of ship emissions requirements;while its output power shows a slight increase.The influence of CO2 on the power output and NOx emission of diesel engine is the most obvious;followed by water vapor.However;N2 makes a great impact on NOx emission and smaller for output power.Therefore;the high pressure and oxygen-depleted(nitrogen-enriched)intake is more conducive to optimize diesel engines' performance.
