舒适护理在肛肠外科护理工作中的应用

摘　　要：为了探讨舒适护理在肛肠外科护理工作中的临床应用效果,将甘肃省天水市中西医结合医院2016年9月至2017年9月收治的90例肛肠病患者,采用比例分组的方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理。通过治疗之后,将2组进行对比分析,通过患者们的满意度分值来研究分析舒适护理在肛肠外科护理中的应用效果。结果显示,对照组患者满意度为71.11%(32/45),观察组患者满意度为93.33%(42/45),观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,舒适护理应用到肛肠外科护理中能增加患者舒适度,有效提高治疗效果及患者满意度,在医疗护理研究工作中具有积极地作用。This study was to investigate the application efficacy of comfortable nursing（CN） in the nursing work of colorectal srugery department,proportionally divided 90 cases of colorectal diseases who admitted and received treatment in author＇s hospital from Sept. 2016 to Sept. 2017 yr. into control group and obser- vation one（45 cases for each）,which the former＇s patients received routine nursing（RN）,the latter＇s pa- tients received CN based on RN,then analysed and compared both group＇s application efficacy according to patient＇s satisfaction degree ratings. As results, the satisfaction degree of the latter＇s patients was signifi- cantly higher than that of the former＇s patients[93.33%（42/45） vs 71.11% （32/45）, P〈0.05].Results show that CN application can increase patient＇s inimate degree, effectively uplift curative effect and satisfac-tory degree, thus it can play an active role in the nursing work.
