基于分区的海河流域农业节水潜力评估

摘　　要：基于海河流域农业节水分区体系以及现状水平年和规划水平年的基础数据与参数设定,运用流域农业节水潜力计算公式评估了海河流域各农业节水分区的3种类型节水潜力量值,讨论了节水潜力量值合理性,提出了今后一个时期的重点工作区域和重点节水措施,以期为有关方面开展流域尺度上的农业节水潜力评估与节水灌溉管理工作提供技术参考。The basic data and parameters of Haihe River Basin water saving agriculture zoning system and the status quo level and the planning level years are set by using agricultural water-saving potential assessment formula of watershed dimensions,the agricultural watersaving potential values of such types as engineering,efficiency and composition type are evaluated,and then the rationality of these values are discussed,the key areas and water-saving measures are proposed in the future period,and in order to provide technical reference for relevant aspects to carry out assessment of agricultural water-saving potential and water-saving irrigation management.
