摘 要:为了研究不同工况下预应力对轴流泵叶轮模态的影响,采用基于流固耦合的算法理论,结合在Work Bench平台中添加ACT插件的数值计算方法,计算并分析了泵装置在不同工况时叶轮的模态。研究结果表明:预应力的施加确实可以使叶轮产生"应力刚化"现象,但这种现象产生的实际效果并不明显,即使是在飞逸这样极端工况下,叶片固有频率的变化依然很小;额定转速时叶轮、导叶的叶片通过频率分别为5、8.33 Hz,远远低于叶轮的各阶模态固有频率,因此在实际运行时几乎不会发生共振现象。In order to study the influence of pre-stress on the mode of axial flow pump impeller,FSI algorithm theory,Numerical method for adding ACT plug-ins are appilied to the Work Bench platform. The influence of pre-stress on the mode of axial flow pump impeller is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the application of pre-stress can really produce"stress stiffening"phenomenon. But the actual effect of this phenomenon is not obvious although it is under runaway extreme conditions. The natural frequency of the blade remains small.Under the rated speed the passing frequencies of the impeller and diffuser blade are 5 Hz,8.33 Hz,the natural frequencies of each order of the runner are much lower than that of the runner. Therefore,resonance will hardly occur in actual operation.
