摘 要:贯流泵具有装置效率高、结构紧凑、平面尺寸小、水力性能好等特点。本研究运用CFD数值模拟方法,设计适用于7~10 m高扬程的定桨式灯泡贯流泵,并重点针对叶轮进行优化设计。分析对比了不同方案的泵装置外特性、叶片静压分布等。最后结合模型试验验证高扬程贯流泵数值模拟优化设计的可靠性。从而得出结论,所设计的最优贯流泵设计扬程为8.22 m,装置效率为83.45%,叶轮效率为91.46%,高效区范围较广。模型试验最高效率点为83.22%,设计扬程下效率为81.98%,误差范围较小。可表明数值模拟对贯流泵的性能预测精度较高,同时验证优化设计的有效性。The tubular pump has the characteristics of high efficiency,compact structure,small size,good hydraulic performance and so on.In this study,the CFD numerical simulation method is used to design the tubular pump which is suitable for 7 ~ 10 m high lift,and the optimization of the impeller is focused. The characteristics and blade static pressure distribution of different schemes are analyzed and compared. Finally,the reliability of the numerical simulation optimization design of the high-lift tubular pump is verified by the model test results. The conclusion is that the design head of the tubular pump is 8.22 m,the efficiency of the device is 83.45%,the impeller efficiency is 91.46%,and the efficiency range is wider. The maximum efficiency point of model test is 83.22%,the design head efficiency is 81.98%,and the error range is small. The results show that the performance prediction accuracy of the tubular pump is high,and the validity of the optimization design is verified.
