摘 要:泵站进水池自由表面漩涡是影响泵站运行稳定性的重要因素,为准确判断泵站在实际运行中是否会产生吸气漩涡,研究了进水口淹没深度H/D以及淹没弗劳德数与泵站进水口吸气漩涡之间的关系,同时进行了泵站进口水工模型试验对漩涡判断标准进行验证,试验中选择增加流量来消除物模试验中的缩尺效应。结果表明,泵站进口漩涡试验与临界淹没深度以及淹没弗劳德数对泵站进口是否发生进气漩涡的判断是基本一致的,临界淹没深度以及淹没弗劳德数可作为泵站进口是否发生吸气漩涡的依据,但是泵站进口仍然发生了3~4型漩涡,宜考虑防止出现。该研究可为以后类似的工程提供借鉴。The free surface vortex of pump sump is an important factor affecting the operation stability of pumping station. In order to accurately judge whether the pumping station produces the suction vortex in the actual operation,the paper studies the relationship between the submerged depth( H/D) and the number of submerged Froude number and the phenomenon of suction vortex,and the criterion of generating suction vortex is obtained. While the hydraulic model test of pumping station is used to verify the criterion. And the TJS Turbo Association standard( Japan) is applied to eliminate the scale effect of model in experiment. The results show that,the inlet vortex experiment of pump station and the critical submergence depth and the number of submerged Froude numbers are basically consistent with the intake vortex in the pump station inlet. Therefore the critical submergence depth and the submerged Froude number can be used as the basis for the suction vortex in the inlet of the pump station. However,the pump inlet still has the type 3 or 4 vortex,therefore prevention should be taken into consideration. As a result,this study can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
