摘 要:动静干涉现象是流体机械中由于流体流动所产生的旋转部件与固定部件之间的流动干涉现象,这一现象在水泵水轮机中表现尤为突出。针对某抽水蓄能电站动静干涉所产生的厂房振动问题进行了试验观测,获得了不同负荷下动静干涉在厂房楼板各层间的传播情况及强度。针对测试电站,采用频谱分析方法对无叶区压力脉动及厂房振动进行了分析,研究结果表明:厂房各层楼板的振动以动静干涉频率100 Hz为主频;动静干涉频率自无叶区向厂房各层传播存在延迟;水轮机工况下,无叶区与厂房振动中动静干涉频率幅值之间呈正相关,随着负荷的增大有增大的趋势;水泵工况下,无叶区动静干涉强度弱于发电工况。Rotor stator interaction( RSI) is a common phenomenon which happens in the fluid passing through rotating parts and stationary components. It becomes worse on the pump-turbine unit. For a specified pumped storage power station,prototype investigation was made on RSI induced powerhouse floor vibrations. For different working points,vibration magnitudes and propagation principles were obtained from the test. Vaneless zone pressures and power house vibrations were analyzed by the method of frequency analysis. The research indicates that different layers of power house have 100 Hz as the main frequency,which is the RSI frequency. On each powerhouse floor,the RSI frequencies propagate with delays. For turbine mode,positive correlation of RSI frequency magnitude exists between vaneless zone pressure and powerhouse vibration,and with the load increase,the RSI frequency magnitude becomes larger. RSI magnitude of vaneless zone pressure in pump mode is weaker than in turbine mode.
