摘  要:目的:探讨TCD诊断颅内脑动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法:将50例确诊为颅内脑动脉狭窄的患者纳入观察组,30例健康体检者纳入对照组,对两组对象大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉、基底动脉进行TCD检查后行MRA检查,比较其诊断结果。结果:两组患者平均血管流速差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且TCD检出率与MRA诊断差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TCD可准确诊断颅内脑动脉狭窄,可作为临床辅助性检查方法。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of TCD in diagnosis of intracranial cerebral artery stenosis. Methods: 50 cases of patients with intracranial cerebral artery stenosis were included in observation group while 30 cases of healthy people were in control group, detected their anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery and basilar artery by TCD then carried out MRA examination, and compared the diagnostic results of the two groups. Results: There was statistical difference of mean vascular flow velocity between the groups(P〈0.05), and there was no statistical difference between detection rates of TCD and MRA(P〉0.05). Conclusion: TCD can accurately diagnose intracranial cerebral artery stenosis, which can be a clinical assistant examination method.
