摘　　要：含氟织物整理剂性能突出、用途广泛，但因对人体健康和生态环境的危害性大，应用受到严格限制。文中阐述了近10a在整理剂制造时和织物整理时产生PFOS和PFOA的原因、PFOS和PFOA危害性、PFOS和PFOA的管控新法规、禁用含氟织物整理剂替代品的新进展与新问题。The application of the fluorine-containing fabric finishing agent is strictly restricted due to its great harmfulness to the human health and environment, even though its has the outstanding performance and extensive use. The causes to produce PFOS and PFOA when finishing agents were manufactured and fabrics were finished, the harmfulness regarding management and control of PFOS and PFOA, new laws and regulations of PFOS and PFOA, new progress and new problems of alternatives for banned fluorine-containing finishing agents were in the articleexpounded.
