摘 要:研究了不同脉冲参数和冷却条件对ZA27合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过控制脉冲磁场参数和冷却条件,能明显改善ZA27合金的凝固组织,合金的力学性能也得到提高。在0~300V范围内,随脉冲电压升高,合金初生相由粗大的枝晶逐渐转变为细小的球状或蔷薇状晶,抗压强度也逐渐提高,其最高抗压强度较未处理时提高39.6%;在1~10Hz范围内,合金初生相随脉冲频率的提高而逐渐细化,其抗压强度逐渐提高;当浇注温度在490~580℃范围内或模具预热温度在10~400℃范围内提高时,合金的初生相均先细化后粗化,转折点分别为520℃和200℃,合金的抗压强度总体上逐渐提高。The effects of different pulse parameters and cooling conditions on the solidified structure and mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy were investigated.The results show that the solidified structure and mechanical properties of the alloy can be improved by controlling the parameters of the pulsed magnetic field and cooling conditions.When the pulse voltage is at 0-300 V,with the increase of pulse voltage,the primary phase in the ZA27 alloy is transformed gradually from coarse dendrite to fine spherical or rosette structure,and the compressive strength is increased gradually,where the maximum strength is increased by up to 39.6%,compared with that of the alloy without pulse magnetic field treatment.When the pulse frequency is at 1-10 Hz,with the increase of pulse frequency,the primary phase in the alloy is refined gradually,and the compressive strength is increased gradually.With the increase of pouring temperature at 490-580℃ or the mold temperature at 10-400℃,the primary phase in the alloy is refined at first and then coarsened,and the turn point are 520 ℃ and 200 ℃,respectively.As a whole,with the pouring temperature or mold temperature increase,the compressive strength of the alloy is increased gradually.
