摘  要:目的 探讨经尿道1470 nm半导体激光治疗输尿管囊肿的疗效.方法 回顾性分析本院2014年5月至2017年5月9例输尿管囊肿患者的临床资料,年龄6~ 63岁,平均37.3岁;男性4例,女性5例;囊肿位于左侧3例,右侧4例,双侧2例,1例合并双侧肾输尿管重复畸形,1例合并同侧肾输尿管完全重复畸形;均经B超、IVU、膀胱镜检查确诊,所有患者均采取经尿道1470 nm半导体激光治疗.结果 所有患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间32 min,平均术后留置导尿管时间5d,平均术后住院时间7d.术后随访3个月~3年,定期行B超、IVU.患者未见肾积水及输尿管扩张,临床症状消失,无膀胱输尿管返流,无输尿管囊肿复发.结论 经尿道1470 nm半导体激光治疗输尿管囊肿是一种安全、有效的手术方式.Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of endoscopic management of uret erocele with 1470 nm diode laser.Methods Form May 2014 to May 2017,9 patients diagnosed as ureterocele underwent endoscopic management of ureterocele with 1470 nm diode laser in our hospital.Ultrasonography,IVU and cystoscopy were done in all cases before operation.The age of 9 cases was form 6 years to 63 years old(mean 37.3 years old),which male 4 cases and female 5 cases.Unilateral ureterocele was presented in 7 cases(left 3 and right 4),and 2 cases had bilateral ureterocele.One case had unilateral duplex? kidney and one had bilateral duplex kidney.Results The operation in all cases was successfully completed in one time.The mean operative time and hospital stay was 32 minutes and 7 days,respectively.The average postoperative catheter time was 5 days.Follow-up ranged from 3 months to 3 years,postoperative regularly ultrasound and intravenous urography(IVU) revealed no uronephrosis or ureterectasis in all patients,free of symptom,ureteral reflux and clinical recurrence.Conclusions The endoscopic management of ureterocele with 1470 nm diode laser is effective and safe.
