摘 要:采用原位合成法制备了纳米MnO_x负载纸,并对其甲醛去除性能进行了研究。纳米MnO_x负载纸的甲醛去除性能与纳米MnO_x颗粒的沉积率之间有一定的相关性。当KMnO_4浓度为0.1 mol/L、无水乙醇用量为60 m L、反应温度和反应时间为25℃和2 h时,可制备出甲醛去除性能最优的纳米MnO_x负载纸。扫描电子显微镜观察表明,纸浆纤维的表面沉积了纳米MnO_x颗粒。X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析进一步揭示了锰氧化物的生成。纳米MnO_x负载纸对甲醛的去除以催化氧化为主、可见光催化氧化为辅。纳米MnO_x负载纸在无光条件下仍可对甲醛进行有效去除。Nano MnOx-loaded paper was prepared via in situ synthesis process, and its performance for formaldehyde removal was stud- ied. The performance for formaldehyde removal of nano MnOx-loaded paper had some correlation with the deposition ratio of nano MnOx particles. When the concentration of potassium permanganate (KMnO4) was 0. 1 mol/L, the volume of absolute ethanol was 60 mL, reaction temperature was 25 ~C and reaction time was 2 h, the nano MnO -loaded paper with the optimal performance for formaldehyde removal could be prepared. SEM observation indicated that nano MnOx particles were deposited on the surface of pulp fibers. The FT- IR results showed that the in situ deposition of nano MnOx particles did not change the chemical structure of cellulose. The XPS analysis further revealed the generation of MnOx. Formaldehyde was removed by the nano MnOx-loaded paper mainly via catalytic oxidation and partly via visible light photocatalytie oxidation. Formaldehyde could be effectively removed by the nano MnOx-loaded paper in dark environment.
