基于复杂网络的中风医案用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的 ：通过收集名家医案中有效治疗中风的医案资料,系统总结中医治疗中风核心中药的用药规律及药物配伍。方法：建立中风医案的纳入标准,将收集的医案资料输入Excel表格,利用中医临床科研信息一体化技术平台进行规范化处理,同时进行频数分析和复杂网络分析。结果：共收集379个中风医案,含559个治疗中风的中药方剂。治疗中风的核心中药节点度个数≥5的主要有当归、半夏、钩藤、茯苓、石菖蒲、桃仁、炙甘草、白术。治疗中风的核心中药配伍关系,按频次从高到低依次为茯苓-半夏、黄芪-当归、白芍-当归、牛膝-当归、当归-半夏。结论：初步可以得出治疗中风的治疗思路以补血活血、燥湿化痰、平肝息风等为主。Objective：To systemically summarize the prescription law and combination of core herbs in the treatment of stroke by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,by collecting the materials of medical cases of distinguished physicians with effective treatment. Methods：The inclusion criteria for stroke cases were established,and the collected data were input into the Excel software. TCM Clinical Research Information Unified Technology Platform was applied to process the data,and frequency analysis and complex network analysis were performed. Results：There were 379 medical cases of stroke,in which there were 559 formulas. The core herbs with 5 knots or more were showed as follows：Danggui（Angelicae Sinensis Radix）,Banxia（Pinelliae Rhizoma）,Gouteng（Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis）,Fuling（Poria）,Shichangpu（Acori Tatarinow Ⅱ Rhizoma）,Taoren（Persicae Semen）,Zhigancao（Glycyrrhizae Radix Ei Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle）,Baizhu（Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma）. The combination of core herbs from the highest frequency to the lowest were as follows：Fuling（Poria）-Banxia（Pinelliae Rhizoma）,Huangqi（Astragali Radix）-Danggui（Angelicae Sinensis Radix）, Baishao（Paeoniae Radix Alba）-Danggui（Angelicae Sinensis Radix）, Niuxi（Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix）-Danggui（Angelicae Sinensis Radix）,Danggui（Angelicae Sinensis Radix）-Banxia（Pinelliae Rhizoma）.Conclusion：It is concluded that to treat stroke,the major treatment should be nourishing blood,invigorating blood,drying dampness,resolving phlegm,calming liver and extinguishing wind.
