心肾同治法治疗原发性卵巢功能不全

摘　　要：原发性卵巢功能不全患者多伴有心烦、烘热汗出等低雌激素症状,认为卵巢功能不全的主要病因病机为肾阴不足,心火亢盛,以致心肾不交。临证治疗应以调补心肾阴阳为要,以经验方滋肾清心汤为主方,随症加减,配合心理疏导疗法,心肾同治,可改善卵巢功能,为临床诊治该病提出了新的诊疗思路。Most patients with primary ovarian insufficiency are accompanied with low estrogen symptoms,such as upset,flush and sweating. It is believed that the primary causes of ovarian insufficiency are kidney yin deficiency and exuberance of heart fire,leading to non-interaction between heart and kidneys. The primary treatment should be regulating and tonifying heart and kidney yin-yang,and the proved formula Zishen Qingxin Decoction are the major formula,and it should be applied with modification. Besides,psychiatric interventions should also be applied. The heart and kidneys should be treated together to improve the function of ovary. This method could provide new ideas for the treatment of primary ovary insufficiency.
