摘　　要：程慕溪教授认为外阴白色病损的发生与＂肝肾阴虚＂＂湿热下注＂＂虫邪袭阴＂有关,并参照经典古籍,主张＂外治之理即内治之理＂,临证须重视滋阴养血、清热利湿、杀虫止痒,同时引导患者＂自治＂,巧用熏洗疗法治疗本病,临床疗效卓著。Professor CHENG Muxi has explored the etiology and pathogenesis of vulvar dystrophy,it is explained mainly because of the liver and kidney deficiency,downward flow of damp-heat and worm attack the vulvar. She consults with the Chinese classic texts and studys the mechanism of fumigation-washing,advocating the principles of external therapy is the same as internal therapies. There should be pay more attention on nourishing yin and blood,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,eliminate the worms and stop itching,which also guides patients to self govern themselves. Via fumigation-washing therapy to treat the disease has got a curative clinical effect.
