摘　　要：总结雷根平教授治疗无症状性高尿酸血症经验。归纳此病的中医病名、病因病机以及类型,认为高尿酸血症的基本病机是脾肾不足,湿浊内蕴,属虚实夹杂之证,以化湿利浊法治其标,以益肾健脾补其虚,屡得佳效。Professor LEI Genping holds that the basic disease mechanism of hyperuricemia is deficiency of spleen and kidneys,and internal accumulation of dampness and turbidity,which pertains to excess mixed with deficiency. He treats this disease by tonifying kidneys and invigorating spleen to supplement the deficiency,and the effect is satisfactory.
