个性化护理在脂氧素治疗脓毒症患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理在脂氧素治疗脓毒症患者中的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月~2017年6月本院收治的脓毒症患者90例,随机数字法分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。两组均给予脂氧素治疗,对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组采用个性化护理,采用SF-36生活质量量表对两组患者护理前、后生活质量进行评估,比较两组护理效果。结果两组护理前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后SF-36生活质量评分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组采用个性化护理后饮食、锻炼、用药及定期检查依从性,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后满意度为95.56%高于对照组86.67%(P<0.05)。结论将个性化护理用于脂氧素治疗脓毒症患者中效果理想,有助于提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing care of lipoxin in the treatment of sepsis. Methods 90 patients with sepsis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to June 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into control group（n=45） and observation group（n=45） according to the random number table. Both groups were given lipoxin. The control group was given conventional nursing methods. The observation group was given personalized nursing care. The SF-36 quality of life scale was applied and the quality of life before and after nursing care was assessed in both groups. The effects of nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores before and after treatment in both groups（P〉O.05）; SF-36 quality of life scores in the observation group after nursing care were higher than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）; The adherence to diet, exercise, medication and regular examination in the observation group after personalized nursing care was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.56% after nursing care, which was higher than that of 86.67% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of personalized nursing care of lipoxin in the treatment of sepsis has an ideal effect, which is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application.
