摘　　要：针对推土机故障诊断系统的现状,提出基于S AE J1939协议完成推土机车身故障诊断系统的开发思路,并系统阐述基于S AE J1939协议的推土机车身故障诊断系统的设计过程。经验证,该诊断系统能够按照S AE J1939协议规则进行推土机实时故障代码的传输,帮助服务人员按照故障代码快速锁定故障点,提高服务效率;同时通过历史故障查询功能,可进行推土机历史故障代码查看,并根据历史故障次数,进行相关器件性能判断,有效预防故障的发生。This is to put forth a development concept to complete a failure diagnosis system for a bulldozer car-body as based on an agreement with SAE J1939 in view of the present diagnosis system for the bulldozer, while describing design process of such a system. It shows thate through the verification system can transfer at real time the trouble codes of the bulldozer according to rules in the SAE J1939 agreenment, helping the service personnel quickly fix the trouble spot according to the codes thus increasing the service efficiency. Meanwhile, it can retrieve codes of the bulldozer's trouble in its history, and according to the frequency to determine functions of the components and parts concerned, thus preventing troubles from happening.
