摘　　要：针对全地面起重机传动系统变速器转矩限制设定问题,对起重机爬坡行驶工况进行试验监测,将变速器转矩限制值逐步放大,同时监控变-分传动轴的应力应变数据。通过对测试数据进行整理、分析,准确标定起重机传动系统变速器转矩输出限定值,达到充分且合理利用动力系统转矩输出的目的。试验结果及经验得到变速器厂家认可,相关研究成果已应用于同类型其他产品的研发。In view of torque limits to be setup in the all-terrain cranes transmission system it has to test and monitor the crane's slope climbing conditions so as to magnify gradually the limit value while monitoring stress and restrain data at the transmission shaft and subtransmission shaft. It has to rearrange and analyze the test data before indicating accurately the output torque limit value at the crane's transmission system to reach the goal of fully and logically using the transmission system's output torque. The test results and experiences have been accepted by the transmission manufacturers, while relevant achievements have been applied to R&D of similar products.
