摘 要:动臂掘起力是装载机整机的重要性能指标,按照以往的装载机动臂掘起力计算方法得到的计算结果与实测值之间的偏差较大。以某型号装载机及工作装置为例,对动臂掘起力进行理论推导与计算,分析造成偏差较大的原因并对计算公式进行修正,提出计算动臂掘起力时需考虑转斗液压缸被动力、工作装置重力和整机稳定性的影响,修正后的理论计算公式提高了计算精确度。Loader-arm's breakout force is an important functional indicator of the entire machine, however, a big deviation exists between the computed results and that of actual measurement according to the past calculation versus actual measurement. A way out has to take a certain loader and and its attachment for instance to carry out a theoretical derivation and calculation while analyzing the cause that has made a great deviation and revising the calculation formula as necessary before providing inferences onto the bucket rolling cylinders, the attachment gravity,and the machine's stability for consideration when computing the breakout force, respectively. It is clear that the theoretical computing formula after correction can upgrade computing precision level.
