品管圈在降低不孕症患者宫腹腔镜术中肠道排泄率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在降低不孕症患者宫腹腔镜术后肠道排泄率中的应用效果,以提高手术成功率,减少感染。方法选取本科室2017年3~5月(品管圈活动实施前)60例不孕症行宫腹腔镜术患者作为对照组,2017年6~8月(品管圈活动实施后)60例不孕症行宫腹腔镜术患者作为观察组,成立品管圈,选定活动主题,分析现状及影响因素,拟定活动计划,比较活动前后不孕症患者宫腹腔镜术中肠道排泄率,从而确认活动效果。结果开展品管圈活动后,不孕症患者宫腹腔镜术中肠道排泄率从活动前的25.00%降低到8.33%,满意度从活动前的86.66%提高到98.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动不仅提高了护士的综合素质和沟通协调能力,而且明显降低了不孕症患者宫腹腔镜术后排泄的发生率,有效提高了患者的满意度,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of Quality Control Circle （QCC） on decreasing the intestinal excretion rate among infertility pa- tients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods Selected 60 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteroscopy for infertility with cathe- ters admitted to our department in the period from March to May 2017 （ before implemented of quality control circle program） , and they were taken as control group;selected 60 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteroscopy for infertility with catheters admitted to our depart- ment in the period from June to August 2017 （after implemented of quality control circle program） , and they were taken as observation group. A quality control circle team was established, to determine the research topic, analyze the current situation and influencing factors, work out the corresponding plan, and compare the activities of infertility patients before and after hysteroscopy laparoscopic surgery intestinal excretion rate, so as to confirm the effect of activities. Results After QCC activities ,intestinal excretion decreased from 25% to 8.33% before the event rate in patients with infertility laparoscopy surgery, satisfaction degree increased from 86.66% to 98.33 % before the event, the difference was sta- tistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion QCC can not only improve the nurses＇ comprehensive quality and ability of communication and coordination, but also significantly reduces the infertility patients after laparoscopic surgery palace excretion incidence rate, improve patient satisfaction, has higher application value.
