摘  要:以氯磷酸二苯酯(DPCP)和酒石酸(TA)为原料,合成了含磷二元酸(PDA)。将其与新戊二醇(NPG)进行脱水缩合反应,得到侧链含磷的聚酯二醇(PPD)。再将产物与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)扩链,冰乙酸封端,得到磷元素杂化的本征阻燃的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(PTPU)。采用FTIR、热重分析(TGA)、氧指数(LOI)、SEM、拉伸机对合成产物结构、热稳定性能、阻燃性能、力学性能进行分析。结果表明,随着磷含量的增加,LOI和残炭率均增加,拉伸强度也适当提升。当磷含量达到1.5%时,LOI达到29.3%。In this paper, a phosphorus-containing dibasic acid was synthesized by using diphenyl phosphate and tartaric acid. Then it reacted with neopentyl glycol to obtain side chain phosphorus-containing polyester diol. In this reaction, dibutyhin dilaurate should be added as a catalyst. And then the product and IPDI reacted with 1, 4-butanediol as chain extender and glacial acetic acid as end capping reagent. Finally, the intrinsic flame retardant polyurethane elastomer containing phosphorus was produced. The structure, thermostability, carbon forming performance and mechanical properties of phosphorus-containing dibasic acid, phosphorus-containing diol and phosphorus-containing polyurethane were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), limiting oxygen index (LOI) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the LOI and residual carbon ratio increase with the increase of phosphorus content and the tensile strength is also properly raised. When the content of phosphorus reaches 1.5%, the LOI reaches 29. 3%.
