摘  要:研究了一种新型低成本、绿色环保、可用于激光烧结的材料——玻璃微珠/聚醚砜树脂复合材料(GB/PES)。以不同激光功率进行激光烧结实验,制得拉伸试样和冲击试样,进行成型性能及成型件缺陷成因分析。实验结果表明,随着激光功率的增大,GB/PES复合材料的烧结成型件X、Y、Z三个方向的测量尺寸都在增大;激光功率对烧结成型件X、Y方向尺寸精度影响较小,对烧结成型件Z方向尺寸精度影响较大;而激光功率过大会造成GB/PES烧结成型件断层及难清粉现象。A new type of low-cost, green and environmentally friendly material-glass bead/polyether sulfone resin composites (GB/PES) used for laser sintering was studied. The tensile and impact test specimens were prepared by laser sintering experiments with different laser powers, and the building-up properties and reasons of defects of formed parts were investigated. The experimental results show that with the increase of laser power, the dimensions of X, Y, Z-directions of the sintered parts of GB/PES composites increase. The influence of laser power on the dimensional accuracy of sintered parts in X and Y-direction is small, and the influence on the dimensional accuracy of sintered parts in the Z-direction is larger than X and Y-direction. If the laser power is too large, faults of interlaminar fracture and difficult-to-clear parts of GB/ PES sintered Darts would be occur.
