摘 要:采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了内配型钢圆钢管混凝土压扭构件的有限元模型,利用已有试验数据验证了模型的可靠性。在截面含钢率不变的情况下,分析了3组钢管混凝土与内配型钢圆钢管混凝土极限承载力及扭矩分配的对比情况。通过对典型试件的分析,研究了内配型钢圆钢管混凝土各部件之间的接触应力分布规律、各部件的破坏模态及型钢对混凝土的影响规律。最后分析了加载路径、长细比、型钢截面形式以及轴压比对构件荷载-位移曲线的影响规律。结果表明:内配型钢圆钢管混凝土中钢管、混凝土及型钢三者之间可以很好地协调工作。钢管含钢率是影响构件承载力最主要的因素,加载路径、长细比以及型钢的截面形式对构件的承载力几乎没有影响,构件的极限承载力随轴压比的增大而增大,当轴压比大于0.4~0.5(对应不同强度等级材料)时,构件的极限承载力随着轴压比的增大而降低。Using finite element analysis software ABAQUS to build the finite element analysis model of concrete-filled steel tubular member with encased profiled steel under compression and torsion and prove the correctness of this model. In case of the steel ratio of the section is constant,the paper analyzed the ultimate bearing capacity and torsion distribution of three CFST and concrete-filled steel tubular members with encased profiled steel under compression and torsion. Through the analysis of typical specimens,the paper studied the distribution of the contact stress among the components of members and the failure mode of components. Finally,the paper analyzed the influence of loading path,length ratio,section form of encased profiled steel and axial compression ratio. The results showed that the steel tube,concrete and the encased profiled steel were well coordinated. Steel tube ratio was the most important factors that affected the bearing capacity,the loading path,length ratio and the section form of encased profiled steel had little impact on the bearing capacity of the members.The ultimate bearing capacity increased with the increase of the axial compression ratio,when the axial compression ratio was over 0. 4 ~ 0. 5,the bearing capacity of the component would decrease with the increase of axial compression ratio.
